Aran Fleck RED HEART Super Saver Yarn
This iconic yarn has been America's best-selling for over seven decades! Suitable for all knitting and crocheting projects, it falls into the weight category of 4. The content of the Solids & Multi varieties is 100% acrylic, while the Flecks version is composed of 96% acrylic and 4% other fibers.
The put-up (spool size) for the Multi & Flecks ranges is 5oz/141g, with a length of 236yd/215m. The Solids, on the other hand, come in a 7oz/198g put-up and a length of 364yd/333m.
When using size US8/5mm knitting needles, the suggested gauge is 17 stitches by 23 rows per 4in/10cm. For crocheting, a size I9/5.5mm hook is recommended.
While we strive to maintain consistent dye lots, it may not always be possible to match them perfectly. Importantly, the Solids are not dye-lotted.
As for care instructions, this yarn can be machine washed and tumble dried. Bleaching, ironing, and dry cleaning are not recommended.
